This luxurious tropical home faces the Caribbean from the dynamic shoreline between Half Moon Bay and Akumal Bay. A large semi-circular swimming pool on the ocean side of the house has a magnificent view and invigorating sea breeze. The shaded and furnished pool patio is a perfect place to relax, catch a few rays, or take a dip in the pool.

Each bedroom in the home has the same great view with two bedrooms on the second floor that have private bathrooms and a large shared terrace that faces the Caribbean. One of these two bedrooms has a king size bed; the other has two twins. Both have beautiful brick domed ceilings and windows that face the Caribbean panorama. The cabinetry in the entire house is very handsomely done in solid mahogany. Virtually all the furnishings and linens are by Tommy Bahama and oil paintings adorn the walls with depictions of life in the tropics.

Kitchen, living room & pool On the pool deck are chairs and lounges under roof providing shade while relaxing at pool side. The view from either the swimming pool deck or the living room is wonderful and there is plenty of comfortable deck furniture for dining, sunning of just lounging. The living room is open and airy with glass sliders that open to the pool. There is wide screen HD satellite TV, DVD and CD stereo for your entertainment. Inside, and one step up from the living room is the dining area and the kitchen. This area is open and comfortable with beautiful cabinets in the kitchen and windows to both the ocean and jungle sides of the house. A counter-top projects from the kitchen wall and has seating for informal meals or socializing. Just to the side is the more formal dining table. The effect is quite elegant, a characteristic that is consistent throughout this beautiful home.
