Featuring six fully equipped condos, plus an affordable 1-room studio, all with incredible views of Half Moon Bay and the sea beyond, La Joya is sure to exceed your expectations and provide you with the relaxing retreat you’ve been waiting for!  Each of the seven condo units at La Joya has an open floor plan, maximizing living space, and glass sliders for capturing the wonderful sea breeze.  The condos are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living rooms.  The 6 main condo units have full kitchens that include a small 4-burner stove/oven, with comfortable, open and inviting, living and dining areas. The Studio #3 is an airy and open one-room efficiency, complete with kitchenette, full bath and private entrance. Studio #3 can be reserved alone or with unit #2, for extra living, entertaining and sleeping space!  Ground level units have their own patio by the beach and the 2nd and 3rd floor units have ocean side terraces, all with that great Caribbean view. The two bedroom units each have a master bedroom with private ocean side terraces, perfect for winding down after your day’s adventures!

Nearby, on Half Moon Bay, are two convenience stores for those last minute items; some cerveza’s perhaps…? There are also two restaurants on the bay, La Buena Vida is a favorite, beachfront watering hole/restaurant with a sand floor, a “palapa bar”, and a dive shop next door.  The other way, toward Yal Ku Lagoon, is La Lunita restaurant, with excellent, international cuisine; you can dine inside, or, on the beach for a more local feel!  Akumal Bay is the heart of town just two kilometers south.  There you will find more great restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, dive shops, just about anything you could need to make your vacation complete!
